  • She Couldn't Do Anything: A short story from October 2025 where a lonely girl receives an unexpected visit from her roommate's younger friend, who's acting much more forward than usual...

  • The Solitary Soldier: A piece of flash fiction I wrote in February 2022 about a lonely soldier made of steel.
  • The Impermanence of Belonging: A collaborative piece of visual fiction (for which I provided the writing) finished in September 2022 about loss and being lost.

Nonfiction

• Ashen: A colorful vent essay written in July 2020 by Ashley specifically.
• Rafflesia: A vent essay I wrote in September 2020 to try and explain why everything that "normal" society considers meaningful feels hollow and lifeless to me.
• Rolling Hills and Roiling Sky: A vent essay I wrote in a single sitting in July 2021, when I was on the verge of throwing up from an intense episode of wrath, disgust, frustration, and alienation.
• What is Kyou? (I) (II) (III): A series of short essays I wrote in the summer of 2024 reflecting on my sense of self.

Poetry

• Clockwork: A multi-part poem I finished in April 2020 about the underlying force that powers and animates the Kyou System.
• Power: A poem I wrote in January 2021 to express the intense incongruency I feel between my duty and the concerns of the world around me.
